Paul Palermo's practice has emphasis on civil litigation, including products liability, environmental, admiralty, and insurance matters. He has represented product manufacturers, premises owners, maritime interest, and insurers in defense of personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Paul carries the "AV®" rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.

While at Loyola University School of Law, Paul was a member of the Loyola Law Review. With litigation experience in state and federal courts, Paul is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the Supreme Court of Mississippi, and the Supreme Court of Texas. He has served as a guest lecturer for the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Claims Association and several other organizations and businesses on a variety of insurance, marine and environmental topics, including the Louisiana Insurance Code, Excess Insurance, Toxic Torts, Jones Act, Longshore and Harbor Worker's Compensation Act and Marine Insurance.
